If you are unable to find the answer by searching on the support portal, you can submit a ticket to get assistance from one of our support staff. 

You will start by clicking the “New Support Ticket”  option, under the Search bar or by clicking the following link --> New Support Ticket

Current Students: A ticket can be submitted by first logging in using your MyHU credentials, using single-sign on.

Former Students: If you no longer have access to MyHU, you can still submit an inquiry, using your personal email address 

When submitting a ticket, be sure to include as much relevant information as possible.
