To request an Enrollment Verification letter, please complete and return the Enrollment Verification form found on MyHU > Academics tab > E-Forms > Enrollment Verification Form.

If you are unable to access the Enrollment Verification E-Form, the PDF Enrollment Verification Form can be requested through the Records and Registration Support Portal and submitting a new support ticket --> New Support Ticket
