Within 1-2 weeks of completing your final semester, you will receive an email from our Registrar with the official notice of your degree completion. Your diploma will be requested after your degree has been completed and our office will notify you as soon as it is ready. You will receive an email communication asking if you would like to pick it up or if you would like it mailed after your address is confirmed. This can take one month after the end of your final semester. 



Information regarding Commencement such as times, cost, and location, will be sent to you within several months of Commencement. You can find information regarding Commencement here



Transcripts are processed based on the request of the student. Information on how to obtain an official transcript at any time after you have completed your degree can be found here



Students who successfully graduate from Harrisburg University are permitted to keep their email account, however there will be changes. Six months after graduating you will be notified via email that your account will change from student@my.harrisburgu.edu to student@alumni.harrisburgu.edu. You will be able to keep all of the emails in your mailbox, but the address will change. You can find more information regarding this change here
